1. Freshness Guarantee
We deliver only fresh, hygienically cleaned, and quality-checked products. If you receive an item that is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
A return or replacement is accepted only if:

The product is damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or not as described

You notify us within 1 hour of delivery

The product is untouched and in the same condition as delivered

Photos or videos are provided as proof
Note: Due to the perishable nature of fish, chicken, and mutton, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, size variations, or change of mind.
3. Refund Process
Refund will be provided through:

Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days after verification.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been washed, cleaned again, cooked, or frozen

Delay caused by incorrect address or customer unavailability

Orders placed by mistake
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order.

Once the cutting/packing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
